Works in partnership with Account Executives in their management of advisor relationships• Provides superior client service directly to plan sponsors and advisors by anticipating their needs and ensuring those needs are met• Ensures all service standards are met or exceeded• Provides a positive service experience for plan sponsors as their primary relationship manager for implementations, renewals, and amendments• Handles escalated matters and rush requests• Manages phone and email inquiries from advisors and plan sponsors• Delivers myFlex presentations, including Plan Administrator training sessions and employee info sessions• Coordinates with multiple internal departments to provide excellent service to myFlex clients
