My current assignment is with COLT Telecoms managing approximately 30% of the $1.8B, 2-year, post-acquisition integration of Lumen’s EMEA business. My Program covers the Order Fulfilment and Service Delivery functions, technology and data. I built a 160 strong team from scratch, combining vendors, contractors, COLT and Ex-Lumen staff who have outperformed all targets and delivered- €12M Data migration of 15 million inventory objects from 15 diverse Lumen Inventory systems into a single consolidated ARM Inventory system supporting the Network Infrastructure in 34 countries- €17M Complex Agile Software development of a new COLT Service Activation Solution merging data and functionality from 12 Lumen Activation solutions spanning 4 different operating companies / networks and transforming the data to work with the radically different COLT data model and integrate it into the workflow of the OSS system stack- €25M Portfolio of other system migrations including Contract management, GIS system (covering 1.6M Km of fibre networks in 34), Location Data, and IP & VPN Network configuration data- Integration of the above systems into the COLT OSS workflow resolving all integration issues and delivering a significant Data Quality improvement e.g. rejecting >50% of source data.This contract was delivered through PMC whom I have worked with since 2016 and who have been a trusted Programme and Project Delivery Partner to our clients for over 20 years; evolving from our origins as a specialist consulting firm, into the multi-skilled consortium business we are today.
