   I am responsible for the safety of all patrons, performers and employees of the TD Garden. My duties include supervising security staff, crowd control, and acting as a liaison between building management, teams and performers. I have assisted in the personal security for many executives and celebrities while visiting the Garden as well as the directors of security for both the NHL and the NBA. I worked closely with the United States Secret Service on executive protection for former presidents and the democratic candidates and their families during the Democratic National Convention. I received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Director of the Secret Service for my outstanding support with their protective mission during the DNC.Trainer of Guest Path, Deleware North Companies guest services standards.
