I’m a results-driven hospitality executive with over 15 years of progressive leadership at MGM Resorts International, currently serving as Vice President of Hotel Operations. In this role, I oversee hotel operations at Mandalay Bay resorts, leading large-scale teams and driving performance across guest experience, operational efficiency, and financial results.Previously, I held executive leadership responsibility for Food & Beverage and related operations, managing a portfolio exceeding $600 million in annual revenue and more than team members. This experience, combined with my current hotel oversight, has strengthened my ability to lead fully integrated resort operations across both rooms and non-rooms disciplines.Throughout my career, I’ve led Four Diamond resort operations, restaurant openings, and strategic partnerships within high-volume, luxury environments.I’m known for a leadership style that is both hands-on and strategic, grounded in accountability, collaboration, and a people-first mindset. I focus on building high-performing teams, elevating service standards, and translating vision into measurable results.I hold an MBA from Delta State University and continue to expand my leadership perspective through executive development and enterprise-wide initiatives. My goal is to lead at scale, driving operational excellence while shaping the future of hospitality through culture, innovation, and disciplined execution.
