ABOUT JAMES MAYNARD

A highly motivated professional that prides himself on attention to detail and professionalism that developed during a ten year period in the British Army where I experienced a variety of different situations and environments, during my last three years I was immersed in the military side of FM by assisting in the management of an accommodation block and office block. After leaving the Army in 2014 I became an administrator at Masterfix GB Ltd quickly rising up to become an Assitant Manager. I left Masterfix in May 2015 to become Assistant Estate Manager at Regent\'s Place in London. Two years on from then I joined JLL as a Facilities Manager, managing a portfolio of properties across the south east before successfully becoming FM for a trophy building in the west end.
