I also boost profitability, growth, and market share through developing new opportunities and optimizing existing business.I present Marketing strategy and marketing updates to the senior management as well as I established a complete 360-degree Lead Generation Mechanism for various bank products such as Fixed Deposit, Personal Loan, Business Loan, and Home Loans. Instrumentally launched new products such as Personal Loan, Business & Overdraft Facility, Agri & Allied loan, Vehicle and Family Banking.My job duties include:Escalate business progressively by undertaking organizational restructuring & generate significant cost savings. Identify streams for revenue growth opportunities.Manage the budget exercise for the entire Marketing departmentWork closing with creative, Digital, Media and PR agency in formulating 360 Marketing plan and executing it.Develop & implement a marketing strategy according to the defined budget following the organizational objectives.
