Vehicle Performance Development Manager (VPDM) developing Sedans and SUV\'s under the Nissan and Infiniti nameplates within the Vehicle Evaluation and Test organization. Job responsibilities include:* Achievement of all static and dynamic performance targets including NVH, Ride & Handling, Power Train, PQ, Usability, User Friendliness, HMI and Seat Comfort.* Develop key customer requirements based on market research, competitor benchmark, physical evaluations and other data sources.* Evaluate and validate performance versus target at all stages of program development starting at vehicle concept through start of production.* Manage a talented team of engineers and engineering manager focused on delivering results and customer satisfaction through detailed analysis using internal and external metrics.
