I\'ve spent my entire career in education driven by one thing: making a real impact on the lives of young people. Currently Head of Sector at a market-leading education recruitment group, I work across two specialist brands; but whatever the role, it\'s always been the education sector that pulls me back.I\'m fascinated by relationships, communication, and what makes individuals and organisations truly thrive. That curiosity has shaped everything I\'ve built: a struggling desk transformed into a thriving 500-day per week branch, a multi-award nominated graduate recruitment product, teams moved from deficit into growth, and a vast portfolio of Multi-Academy Trust partnerships across the UK.However, of all my achievements, I\'m probably best known for roller-skating into work in a 3-piece suit with a briefcase, all in the name of an extra 10 minutes in bed.Beyond the results, I care deeply about ethical leadership, purpose-driven work, and evidence-led decision making.
