   I currently lead the Enterprise Category Management Group (ECM) at Stryker, along with developing and managing a few systems. During my tenure in this role I have led the following categories: Freight, Logistics and Warehousing, Energy, Utilities, Waste and Recycling, Professional Services, Administrative, Contingent Labor, Human Resources, Insurance and Benefits, Finance, Vehicle Fleets, Facilities, Real Estate, and Security, and Medical Consulting and Services. I have managed up to eight direct reports, who are seasoned leaders across a number of global categories, and up to three dotted line reports.My team and I have delivered up to $55M in P&L savings, over $100M in avoidance, and in our best year over $45M in working capital improvement, never missing a single KPI in five years, with goals increasing by 3-5% annually. I have also personally covered multiple categories during staffing changes, including: Professional Services, Facilities, Administrative, Medical Consulting and Services, and Vehicle Fleets, delivering on all KPIs and exceeding cost savings targets each time.I also develop tools for project management, business efficiency/productivity and reporting, utilizing: Microsoft SharePoint, Teams and Power BI.
