OverviewAs a Services Partner Engineer, I support Zscaler\'s Delivery Service Authorized partners across the EMEA region by helping them onboard, develop, and enhance their services practices through ongoing and consistent technical engagement.Key Successes• Led and managed a project/team to create and launch a new Partner Technical Validation process, reducing the time to authorise new partners from 12 weeks to 2 weeks, creating a 600% reduction in the time to onboard new partners into the Global Partner Program.• Led and managed a global \"partner focussed\" webinar program to up skill authorised partners on a range of products and tools. I hosted and delivered the first pilot webinar achieving a \"world class\" 51% attendance vs registered rate, against an industry standard of ~35%. With the successful launch of the global partner services webinar series, we delivered an average attendance rate of 53%, throughout FY25.• Onboarded and supported several new partners to the Zscaler Authorised Partner Program to help build, launch and mature their services practices. This contributed to the global partner services team in achieving the company goal and a 100% attainment of target.
