   RESPONSIBILITIES:1) Supervise the Authority\'s regulatory compliance efforts associated with occupational safety, health, industrial hygiene, fire protection, and other applicable regulations including but not limited to the NJ Public Employee Occupational Safety & Health ACT (PEOSHA), the NJ Department of Health Worker & Community Right To Know Act and the NJ Uniform Fire Code.2) Perform incident specific inspections and investigations, as directed, initiated by employee accidents, notices of violation, or other related matters. Prepare investigation reports of findings, and maintain OSHA 300 and 300A Logs.3) Conduct regular facility and work site inspection visits to ensure compliance with Authority safey rules and procedures, as well as all applicable regulations. Survey and assess facility and working conditions to identify opportunities to enhance safe operations and/or prevent or reduce accidents.4) Team coordination and execution of employee safety awareness programs, including but not limited to selection and distribution of safety-related media and safety/health educational programs and PEOSH mandated Right-To-Know training.5) As requested, Co-Chair the Employee Safety Committee coordinating Committee activities, including but not limited to scheduling, acting as point of contact for receipt and distribution of all Committee correspondence, and maintaining all Committee records.
