Working closely with the Volunteer staff to best assist the visitors in their Getty experience.Assist the School Group Volunteers with the task of organizing the school children for their visits.Provide Volunteers and Visitors with accurate information.Maintain safe working conditions around the Getty especially at the upper/lower tram.Distribution of Getty brochures/Equipement (AudioGuides/Assistive Listening Devices) to the visitor.I have learned several computer programs in operation of the phone room at the Getty Center.I have been responsible for taking lost and found items to Central Security.I re-wrote the Transportation binder that is used in the phone room and at the information desk.
