WORK HISTORY
920th Rescue Wing Command Chief @United States Air Force
As the leader of military rescue operations and missions, I managed an $80 million budget and a $37 million flying hour program, balancing risks during two hurricanes. I fostered a culture of compliance and continuous improvement, overseeing the largest Rescue Wing in the Air Force. Advising the commander on combat readiness, I ensured the effective use and training of over 2,500 personnel.I successfully enabled forces to deploy to the United States Central Command Area of Responsibility, ensuring that all personnel and equipment were strategically positioned to support ongoing operations. Managing all aspects of deployment logistics, communication, and coordination with allied forces, I ensured combat search and rescue operations readiness. With over combat flying hours, I achieved zero missed missions, conducted 25 combat saves, and executed eleven exercises for combat readiness. My leadership led the Wing to be ready despite discretionary spending and staffing shortfalls. I conducted the biggest readiness exercise over four years, facilitating comprehensive training simulations and joint operations with allied forces.Through efficient resource management, I implemented cost-saving measures and optimized logistical processes, saving $1.7 million. My innovative solutions and meticulous planning improved operationalefficiency and readiness.
