As a Senior Information Security Analyst, I have realized that all of my previous experience has guided me to my current position. Risk identification, mitigation, remediation does not mean much to anyone unless you can articulate the intricacies, dependencies, and direct corporate impact with effective words and sentences.I am an experienced technical writer with experience in a variety of tech industries in the Silicon Valley and abroad with a strong background in computers, networks, and technology in general. My passion is to help and empower individuals through training and good documentation to become more comfortable using the product(s) I am writing about. It does not matter if I am writing quick start guides, software user guides, or a 100 page build guide for a prototype machine; what I care about the most is the transfer of knowledge so that users are able maximize their ability to use the product without the need to call customer support every time they have a question. In production environments, I enjoy getting new employees up to speed, reduce errors, and increase efficiency to achieve production goals through clear and concise technical writing and good documentation of current protocols.
