Hello, I’m James Leo and I am a Partner & Head of Employment Law at The Wilkes Partnership Solicitors. In February 2019 Coley & Tilley Solicitors, where I spent 18 years (12 of them as a Partner) merged with The Wilkes Partnership, another long established Birmingham based firm.
