Provide global regulatory compliance support for water quality analysis products of Veralto Water Platform (VWP) companies.• Identify, obtain, research, and analyze various relevant statutes, regulations, guidance documents, standards, and proposed chemical regulations globally.• Offer relevant environmental and chemical regulatory compliance solutions, such as audits, new chemical notifications/registrations and exemptions, controlled chemical notifications, reporting, labeling requirements, hazard communication (e.g. GHS label and SDS requirements), and in-house compliance guidelines for various business units (both domestic and international) within VWP.• Assist the General Counsel in preparing for enforcement actions or litigation arising from non-compliance.• Communicate with regulators to seek regulatory interpretations and compliance guidance.• Submit regulatory proposals and stakeholder comments to relevant regulatory authorities, and attend and speak at government agency meetings to influence rule-making, obtain accommodations and support VWP’s positions in advocacy efforts.• Work with Tactical Compliance and Legal department in converting regulatory interpretations and compliance information into production applications.• Draft memos, reports, newsletters, and summaries of relevant chemical and environmental regulatory requirements with complete citations.• Manage legal interns and consultants for additional legal research, regulatory analysis, and advocacy efforts for VWP’s products and services.• Manage major compliance projects by setting up responsible teams, action plans, deadlines, and meetings.
