About James Lee
I am a current graduate research assistant at New Mexico State University pursuing a Master of Science degree in Fish, Wildlife and Conservation Ecology, and a graduate of the SUNY College of Envrionmental Science and Forestry, where I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in conservation biology. I am keenly interested in studying endangered species and ecosystems, particularly those of great societal and cultural importance to human society. I have had diverse field experiences early in my career with a variety of taxa, but most of which have been focused on avian ecology. For my graduate research work, I am observing the ecology of white-tailed ptarmigan reintroduction to northern New Mexico.
