   Manage end-to-end quality of ASICs and CPU used in Meta Data Center environments. Define and own critical procedure in new supplier/vendor introduction period, including vendor/product risk assessment & mitigation plan, NPI phase exit checklist, product quality requirement & qualification plan, mass-production test requirement and customer service procedures (PCN, FA, RCCA.). • Responsible for Supply Chain and Data Center quality excursion management through root cause analysis while driving implementation and validation of process improvement and corrective actions. Optimized Data Center failure diagnosis to reduce invalid ASIC & CPU swap. • With my SQL & Python programming skill, and my deep understanding of factory Shop Floor Control System and data center operation, established dashboard for field quality monitoring, introduced methodology to calculate validated failure, and fixed several critical bugs in Meta factory DPPM dashboard, helping the org to assign resource to high priority quality issues. • Use reliability prediction tools and techniques to evaluate product reliability performance. Monitor supplier’s adherence to new product introduction schedules to ensure predictable and stable mass production volume ramp. • Defined supplier audit checklist for ASIC and PCBA modules. Perform on-site/virtual audits to bring up new supplier manufacturing facilities. • Work out the whole ODM evaluation process to cut in component changes. Worked with Meta internal team to optimize the commodity change procedure to improve efficiency of change ramping-up. • Kick off and facilitate the department tech-talk session for knowledge sharing, new idea stimulation, and collaboration enhancement.
