Develop and manage all contracts with contractors and subcontractors• Conduct technical and commercial bid reviews and tender evaluations• Participate in internal project meetings and project meetings with stakeholders and contractors• Develop and maintain the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) strategy, promoting innovation and technology• Develop and maintain O&M plans, procedures, plans, safety-specific and other associated documentation• Procure new partnerships and identify long-term opportunities when approaching new markets• Develop bid-ready Operational Expenditure (OPEX) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) financial models• Conduct market engagement exercises and conduct OPEX refinement • Identify and implement current and future beneficial technologies for offshore wind• Management of external consultants to create and deliver engineering and cost optimisation studies• Participate in both Service and Maintenance (SMA) and Turbine Supply Agreements (TSA) negotiations with the respective OEMs• Developing and specialising in the technical, commercial, and O&M requirements of Floating Offshore Wind Turbines (FOWT) and supporting infrastructure
