I develope additional opportunities with these clients by adding value whenever possible. I establish and cultivate professional relationships which create repeat business, referrals, professional references, and partnerships. It is my job to communicate clear direction and project status to the client, Production Manager, and Staff. I also participate in reviewing potential projects and make recommendations for the technical design, direction, and approach via the RFP process and company procedures. I assist in conducting short list presentations with sales when needed. Responsible for ensuring that any negotiation or clarification to help close business pursuits is performed when required.
