   General Summary: We are responsible for establishing and managing all phases of the proposals and contracts process for both clients and vendors. The primary focus is to collaborate with all Advarra business functions to effectively manage proposal and contract processes, ensuring Advarra’s interests are served. Manage a team of contract managers and coordinators, processing agreements across multiple service lines. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of proposals and contracts, including master agreements, statements of work, software user agreements, and professional services arrangements Collaborate with the Business Development (“BD”) team and directly with clients, to prepare proposals, bids, client Requests for Information (“RFI”), responses to Requests for Proposal (“RFP”) and similar documents, as well as prepare and communicate study budgets and study expenditure reports Prepare, review, and modify Study Budgets, Statements of Work, Task Orders, Amendments and similar agreements for clients and BD staff, through execution and delivery process Serve as point of contact for external clients on contractual and study-specific financial matters, terms & conditions, and fee schedules; monitor budgets, spending thresholds and client expectations based on terms of agreements Communicate with all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation Act as liaison between internal and external clients ensuring timely processing of agreements and other key client reports Ensure timely and appropriate contract close-out, extension or renewal Maintain contractual records and documentation such as correspondence, customer contact information, contractual changes, status reports and other documents
