Individually responsible for training of North American personnel in the software as well as acting PMO.• Member of the Americas Management Team (AMT) – Management staff tasked to direct and manage overall strategy of the Americas.• Responsible for all personnel, environmental and safety training, procedures, and auditing.• Communicate with sales, supply chain, and senior management to determine product availability and customer/shipment priorities. • Responsible for bringing all PSM files, P & IDs, and Environmental/Safety checks up to date and making plant audit-ready.• P&L responsible for site.• Use of SAP for work orders and Production/Inventory.• Annual budgetary planning and CapEx forecasts.• Participate in audits by Evonik PSM group, ADEM, DOT, ISO 9001/14001.• Guide logistics in management of ISO/Trailer fleet.• Responsible for incident investigations as well as resolving customer complaints • Participate/engineer plant projects including any changes to documentation as well as participating in PHAs, and PSSRs.• Fixed cost reduction of >$300k in 2024,>$350 in 2025.• Variable cost reduction of >$100k in 2024• Addition CM1 of >$1.5MM in 20••••25 via new customers for byproduct. • Manage plant with annual FC budget ~$4MM and CapEx of ~>$0.5MM.• Auditing of prior contract finding >$1MM in overpaid fixed expenses.
