I have worked extensively with long-term clients to develop, design and construct projects of all scales. My roles have taught me to how to develop consensus solutions and drive them to fruition. Further, they have provided me vast experience working with people of all types and backgrounds and a thorough understanding of the various stakeholders’ perspectives. More importantly, they have taught me to step back, understand the broader view, and paint a vision such that the entire team can comprehend and aspire to.In addition to project experience, I have managed office staffing, developed new relationships with prospective clients, played significant roles in project pursuits, led professional organization programs, mentored staff and have been integral to organizational decision making.I consider myself a well-rounded architect – a highly qualified project architect with considerable knowledge of codes, systems and building components, an exceptional medical and strategic planner, a highly experienced project manager and a strong leader. Most importantly, I am a collaborator, a problem solver and highly motivated driver of the design process.
