Created bespoke research for newly launched ESG Practice, successfully expanding targeted client list 35%. Chosen to serve as senior member of 22-person LGBTA Council, collaborating cross-functionally within firm as well as externally to raise $75K in annual funding while driving outreach, campus recruiting, and mentorship program.
