This honour includes: • P&L ownership and financial performance, capital allocation, and growth planning • Sales and revenue strategy, including producer alignment, client acquisition, and key account development • Operating model and execution, spanning compliance, systems, and scalable infrastructure • Marketing and market positioning, supporting brand credibility, demand generation, and institutional trust • Carrier and market access, including Lloyd’s relationships and specialty underwriting partnerships • Board-level governance and strategic leadership, working closely with senior management and external stakeholdersMy role is build in a manner which allows the blend institutional governance with hands-on executive leadership, ensuring strategic alignment while driving disciplined growth and operational execution.
