As a fellow physician, I know how vital it is to have spaces to pause, realign, and renew.For more than 25 years, retreats have been the heartbeat of my own journey. I’ve learned that the setting matters less than the intention: creating space to listen deeply and realign with what matters most. Those pauses have given me clarity, courage, and resilience to move forward in medicine and in life with a whole heart.Oasis Adventures grew out of my desire to share that same gift with others. It weaves together the central threads of my life—emergency medicine, reflective retreats, holistic wellness, and spiritual growth—with one simple purpose: to help people reconnect with their authentic purpose and thrive in every dimension of life. When we are supported and aligned, we bring our most compassionate, joyful, and effective selves to our patients, our loved ones, and the world.
