Principle Consultant for Cultural Transformation and Change Enablement. Facilitates enterprise change and culture enablement for executive change leaders, change networks, project management teams and business leaders. Plans and administers organizational change in alignment with existing and industry adaptive and engagement best practices. Provides support to improve organizational effectiveness, including enterprise capability maturity, Pro Change/Value Based Behaviors, change effectiveness, business outcomes and employee engagement. Partners with other OD/Change Consultants, HR Strategic Advisors, Enterprise Learning, Project Management Office, Diversity, and others in the business on the development and integration of enterprise change initiatives and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives. • Consults senior leaders, on change management, change leadership, change metrics and team/organization effectiveness in support of organization culture • Provides change support to enable the successful implementation of large, complex change initiatives to include new technology systems such as Smart Desktop, Workday and FACETS migrations • Upskills the organization on change behaviors, habits and systems that enable effective communication, growth mindset and effective change for major enterprise programs • Provides executive coaching on Values Based Behaviors and habits that foster effective communication, growth mindset and positive change • Leads and manages the people side of change, developed, and facilitated Change Essential workshops that has educated over 400 Change Agents throughout Blue Cross NC • Services as the Chairman of the employee network group (VetNet), Leads a of group of over 400 members committed to improving the social determinants of health for veterans • Serves as the BlueCross liaison on the United Service Organization (USO) Board of Directors
