Visionary Chief Technical Officer with a distinguished record of leadership across the Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Power, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Aviation, and Process industries. My career spans the full lifecycle of major capital projects leading technology strategy, engineering execution, functional safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance while ensuring operational excellence and risk aware decision making.As CTO and Co Founder of Paragon Resources, I define and execute our multi year technology roadmaps, build multidisciplinary R&D and engineering teams, and drive the development of next generation industrial systems. I have authored patents in advanced chemical processing, novel reactor design, and AI/ML based advanced process control. I am recognised for my ability to align technology strategy with corporate objectives, build high performing teams, and forge strategic partnerships with global technology providers.Previously, I have delivered major automation modernisation programmes for refineries across the US, led global business development for aviation technologies, and managed multi hundred million dollar Automation projects in LNG, petrochemicals, and nuclear.
