ABOUT JAMES JOHNSTON
I needed to find a job for my soul, and not for my wallet. I will retire at the end of 2026 and after a long search I have found a role where I can help some very special people grow to meet their specific needs. I am truly humbled by the opportunity and the level of personal challenge as I seek new ways to create a bond of trust with each and every one of my young people. No longer will I teach leadership, communications and all the other subjects that have made up my life for the last 30 years. No more corporate classrooms, nor supporting the pampered. No focus on shareholders and their needs to make money. This role is about service. Helping people who cannot help themselves but deserve all the support they need to live an engaging life. I am humbled and privileged.
