Driven by his client’s vision and business objectives, Jim led predevelopment activities with his team integrating vision, project planning and execution strategy, project financing, community engagement, and public approvals; managed the activities of numerous advisors, design and engineering consultants, and construction professionals through to project completion.Prior to JLL, Jim was Sports Principal at ROSSETTI. Part of the company’s leadership team, Jim was responsible for growth strategy and financial performance of the company. As Principal-in-Charge of his client’s projects, he was responsible to the client and was leader of his project teams. led numerous award-winning projects in the NFL, NBA, MLS, professional Tennis, collegiate athletics, and NASCAR including “2016 SBJ Venue of the Year” Daytona Rising NASCAR stadium.
