ABOUT JAMES MURRAY

Dr. Murray is currently practicing as a ground and space consultant with extensive experience in executive project management strategy and advanced architectures. Experienced professional with over 40 years of practical applications, he is fluent in advanced cyber defense, advanced analytics, knowledge management, and malware analysis for cyber systems. He has managed cyber operations in the federal government agencies and has worked in all aspects of cyber defensive, and policy elements of cyber system operations. He has extensive IT, Software, and hardware experience for engineering, operations, integration on a national scale across agencies. Integration of new high technology elements for architecture, implementation and operational systems is a key skill. Authored numerous government white papers and technology assessments for advanced technologies and strategic technology planning. He regularly supports major acquisitions with engineering and draft procurement documentation.Dr Murray has combined his extensive experience in AI/ML with data analytics for advanced data engineering across the government. He also applies these skills to computer forensic technology and computer reverse engineering. He has applied these methods to ground and space communications platforms for advanced technology integration.Dr. Murray holds degrees in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business and Finance as well as his Doctorate degree in Artificial Intelligence and Human Factors, which he obtained from George Washington University. He has received numerous awards, including the Lockheed Martin Fellow honor in 1997, the M & DS leadership excellence award in 1998, and recognition by national intelligence agencies for exceptional performance in 19••••96. Dr. Murray is a member of the International Council of Systems Engineering, where he served as a director from and is a member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics where he serves on the management technical committee for the corporation.
