ABOUT JAMES JIM ELLIOTT

Offering over 39 years of progressive field experience in the Construction industry. I have over 20 years supervising and managing complex construction projects at advanced technology facilities, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and semiconductor facilities. I also have extensive experience in the Power Industry as a tradesman and supervisor on over two dozen turbines during the construction, installation, calibration, and start-up/ commissioning phases. I worked within many market sectors on projects totaling over $2 billion including, education, healthcare, public, corporate, housing, R&D, chemical plants, refineries, coal fired power plants, oil fired power plants, gas fired power plants, steam power-(combined cycle and co-generation plants), and multiple nuclear power facilities. Specialties: I have specific experience in projects with extensive Plumbing, Fire protection, Mechanical Piping, Process/ High Purity Piping Installations, HVAC Systems, Electrical Systems, Instrumentation and Controls/ Process Automation, Structural Steel Installations, and Clean Room Fabrications within complex facilities. I have a deep and broadened knowledge over All MEP & CSA disciplines. As a Director of Field Operations, I am responsible for the generation, implementation, and management of construction and safety SOP\'s, project safety management, construction schedule implementation, construction coordination-(Last Planner/ Interactive Planning Sessions & TouchPlan), constructibility reviews, quality control audits/ visits, system commissioning, and field team mentoring and training.
