Operations and Transport Manager for Midland bluebird limited Bannockburn and Balfron depots, I am passionate transportation professional and I am about giving our customers the best possible bus service out there, clean warm vehicles, on time at stops and a happy cheerful driver, I am responsible for Service delivery, staff engagement, business growth and performance, budgets and dealing with stakeholders and customers promoting a very reliable and sustainable business. Previous to this I was the Operations Manager at First West Lothian and Bright bus tours for 6 years, previously held the post for Five Years, I was Senior Staff Manager at Linlithgow and Larbert depots. I am responsible for service delivery in the Falkirk area, Stirling and Edinburgh of services operated from the Larbert Depot. I have experience with change management, lean working practices and business restructuring. Focusing on staff engagement and cotribution to the business. Dealing with stakeholders, partners and custmers to increase our customer base. We operate with driving staff, 7 Supervisors and 2 Staff Managers. I am responsible for punctuality of services and 105 vehicles. I am responsible for drivers payroll, keeping within budgets, on bus revenue and operational budgets for the depot. Growth of the business unit, keeping existing services and increasing the profits of our services. Dealing with stakeholders, public forums and local Councils, schools and businesses.
