I lead the People and Workplace Risk division, working closely with our broader broking and risk advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients.My focus is on helping organisations manage the full spectrum of people-related risks — from insurance broking for Workers Compensation, Group Personal Accident and other employee insurances, through to claims and injury management consulting, and specialist services such as self-insurance and alternate premium strategies.By connecting people risk with broader insurance and enterprise risk frameworks, I partner with organisations to improve workforce health, safety and wellbeing, reduce costs, and unlock sustainable performance outcomes.
