At Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, I focus on the daily operations of our fraud defenses for Oracle’s premier cloud services to protect Oracle, and to keep OCI offerings safe and fraud-free. I investigate fraud, determine fraudulent behavior patterns, manage incidents, and provide cross-collaborative, data-driven, scalable solutions. My work involves operation and tuning of fraud detection tools, providing requirements for new anti-fraud tools, monitoring and incident analysis, adjudications, terminations, internal and external communications, and delivery of metrics to leadership.
