Review freight invoices and Audits of freight invoices against supporting documentation (e.g, Bill of Lading, Weight Certificate, Inspection Certificate, Proof of Delivery, Delivery Receipt, Lumper Receipt, Letter of Authority) and the shipment data. Identify discrepancies related to rates, accessorial charges, fuel surcharges, taxes, and other billing errors. Utilize audit software (NAVISPHERE) and tools (LTL Traffic Tool, Terminal information, ClassIT, MyAP, Jira (Pricing and IT) to efficiently process and analyze invoices.
