Retrieve guest messages and communicate the content to the guest and retrieve mail, packages, and facsimiles for guest as requested• Provide Concierge service - fluent knowledge of local restaurants, special events, city attractions, and guest amenities• Arrange and confirm recreation, business, and dining activities for guests and arrange for guest transportation as requested.• Provide exceptional customer service at all times by greeting each person encountered, using the guest’s name, making eye contact, smiling and thanking each guest for their patronage in accordance with department and hotel standards and procedures.• Co-ordinate /Communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel for escort and delivery of amenities.• Escort VIP guests to accommodations and do what ever is necessary to take care of the guest and make them a return guest.
