I have been working in property since graduating from St Andrews University in 2005 and have accumulated extensive real estate experience over the last 15 years across Building Consultancy, Property and Asset Management. I am a chartered Building Surveyor specialising in Dilapidations, Contract Administration, planned maintenance and service charge consultancy across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.Outside of work I continue to try and improve my chess ability, attempt to get my golf handicap back down to 2 and try to beat my current marathon best of 3hr 19 minutes.
