My in depth understanding of the transportation market allows me to evaluate clients existing rate structure to implement a solution and business process that decreases transit times while delivering cost savings. As clients focus on their core business objectives transportation is often overlooked, even though it can be up to 60% of their overall business expense. Many companies may lack knowledge in this area and can find it intimidating. My job is to improve their overall transportation model, while allowing them to reduce transportation cost, allowing the business to invest that capital to grow and move their business forward.
