Track record of exceptional projects Expert in BIM; 9 years of advanced Revit experience Extensive experience across many sectors; including workplace (office/industrial, R&D), residential, education and masterplanning Projects of many scales from £120k to £70m; from HQ buildings to smaller residential schemes James has led award winning across all project stagesJames is a highly competent and experienced design led Concept/Project Architect and Designer. He has worked across many different sectors including workplace, residential, industrial, education, student living and masterplanning. James is a BIM expert having used Revit across all project stages since 2011. He is currently Project Lead for the University of Bath\'s IAAPS project; a world leading automotive research centre expected to open in 2020. James is also currently leading the development of a 22 storey build to rent scheme in Coventry and has a passion for the promotion of tall buildings as a key component of urban regeneration. His last built project is the Milner Centre for Evolution which opened Sept 2018, a unique £7m research and outreach facility at Claverton Down, Bath.James designed Filwood Green Business Park; a fundamental part of the Bristol Green Capital programme and the first building of its type to obtain BREEAM Outstanding status. Practicing as an Architect since 2006, he has played a key role in many of Stride Treglown’s major projects in that time. This has included schemes such as the National Composite Centre, Burges Salmon HQ (One Glass Wharf) and was responsible for the design of the Wiltshire Council HQ in Trowbridge.
