I believe that Public Education is the most inclusive institution in this country. No child or family is ever turned away regardless of race, creed, religious affiliation, socioeconomic status, family circumstance-you name it, ALL are welcome. As an educator of 18+ years, there is a tremendous responsibility-and duty, to serve every single student and family with the highest level of attention, responsiveness, and care. While the weight of these responsibilities can feel unbearable—and at times untenable, if I\'ve learned one thing about leading a school community, it’s that employing horizontal leadership mechanisms (inclusive leadership) yield the most efficient, sustainable, and positive results for students. I’m always looking to employ the absolute best people—and educators to fulfill this vision.
