Execute supervisory responsibilities of all staff in accordance with Red Chip of Nevada policies and federal and state regulations.2. Responsible for the planning, supervision, coordination, and successful execution of all activities related to the pharmacy’s operations.3. Supervises departmental personnel including: recruitment, orientation, determining workload and delegating assignments, training, scheduling, and retention.4. Evaluate employee job performance and formulate a performance evaluation to be reviewed with each employee on a scheduled basis.5. Initiates corrective and disciplinary actions, including dismissal of staff, when warranted.6. Supervise the provision of clinical pharmacy services to clients as requested. This may include interdisciplinary team meeting participation, drug monograph presentations, and other requested in-service topics.7. Oversee approvals on purchase orders and expense reports.8. Attempt to meet or exceed changing service expectations of clients including a thorough analysis of escalated service issues. Create and maintain a medication error analysis procedure that serves as a component for quality and process improvement. Continually evaluate processes and implement procedure changes with key management of clients when warranted.11. Synchronize day to day operations.12. Collaborate with senior management and sales and marketing staff to foster new business relationships.13. Serve as Pharmacist-In-Charge in all necessary states to maintain active pharmacy licensure. Currently licensed in 12 US states. Complete Medicare/Medicaid enrollment and re-enrollment applications.15. Review and submission of compliance material to PSAO and misc. pharmacy networks.
