My passion (and whole career) has been in technology delivery. My time as a delivery manager on massive implementations at Accenture provided a world class foundation which underpins my work to this day. After leaving consulting, I transitioned into digital product work at Toys R Us where I picked up Agile as well as modern Product Management techniques. Today I manage a team of delivery managers in a product organization while also coaching & advising technology and business leaders on modern delivery approaches, product management, portfolio structure, and especially aligning technology delivery to business strategy. My approach is pragmatic, tailored to the needs of the organization, and outcome focused.
