MOSL is the market operator for the non-household water retail market in England. I lead in the external positioning of MOSL by managing and delivering government, regulator and other stakeholder relations activities. By devising and communicating clear external policy positions and messaging I am helping to place MOSL as a thought leader and enhance MOSL\'s reputation within the water retail market and among key policy makers.I have also been the communications lead for the company\'s key improvement programme to reform the incentives for water companies in the non-household market. This has involved devising and delivering workshops and webinars for senior external stakeholders as well as leading a team to deliver a complex suite of materials for external consultations, including the accompanying media and social media content.
