Duties and Responsibilities involved: Co-ordinating the delivery of various types of planning consents including small-scale residential and commercial schemes; Assisting on the submission of large-scale residential schemes such as writing planning statements, corresponding with clients, technical consultants and Local Planning Authorities; Finding solutions to problems that arise during the planning application process; Assisting with planning appeals for large-scale residential development such as writing appeal statements and statements of common ground; Providing planning advice for potential strategic development opportunities\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
