SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER | NOV MARINE AND CONSTRUCTION/PROCESS SYSTEMS · Provide Engineering oversight on US Projects· CCUS, Carbon Capture, CO2 Dehydration, Natural Gas Dehydration· Skid Mounted Gas Conditioning Equipment including Mol Sieve Dehydration Units, TEG Dehydration Units, Filtration and Separators · Ensure that Project Scope is clearly designed· Perform Process design and sizing as required· Review Customer Specifications, Inquiry, Proposal and Purchase Order· Perform Code Calcs on all Pressure Vessels· Work with Designers and Drafting to create Fabrication Drawings, Skid Layout, Bill of Materials· Select and Size peripheral equipment including Instrumentation, Heat Exchangers, Separators to meet technical requirements and customer specifications· Review and/or create P & IDs· Create and Process ECN’s and Change Orders· Vendor shop survey, inspection and production oversight· Working with Sales and Estimating, I provided Process Design and Costs on Projects, as well as Engineering Support on a variety of Skid Mounted Oil and Gas Conditioning Projects
