James is a Principal located in Kelowna, B.C and responsible for the successful delivery of projects across the Interior of British Columbia. As a former member of the Ministry of Natural Resource Operations, Wildfire Management Branch James developed his leadership and emergency management skills under the extreme conditions that often come with natural disasters. For over a decade James was required to make decisions that had substantial impact on communities, resources and personnel.
