Developing the EPCm CWP/IWP process and deliverable via Aveva ERM, BIM E3D integration and Engineering, working backwards to bring ESOW\'s into CWP\'s and eventually IWP\'s. Create CWPs inline with the Construction Sequence. Detailed engineering phase: Develop Construction Work Packages (CWPs) with input from engineering that include construction drawings, specifications, material lists and SHE requirements. Construction phase: Tracking the release of the CWPs and supporting sub-contractors by preparing IWP\'s, templates and step-by-step instructions, plant & equipment lists, resource requirements, material requests, installation sequences, quality checklists, ITP\'s and ITRs. Provision of link between engineering and construction by integrating technical information such as isometric drawings, installation diagrams, pipe support details, welding procedures, and termination details. Ensure all IWPs are construction-ready, facilitating smooth execution ensuring execution online with schedule. Working closely with engineering, technical systems, procurement, and construction teams. Gathering necessary information and inputs for developing CWPs. Coordination with completions and commissioning teams ensuring work packages are aligned with system completion requirements and project handover processes. Participating in regular meetings and workshops to review work packaging progress, address any issues or concerns. Providing coaching, support and guidance to subcontractor\'s front-line supervision in developing their IWPs. Develop a CWP release plan based on the L3 project schedule and tracking completion for release to Construction.Ensuring timely delivery and release of IWPs constraint-free to the field. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all CWPs and IWPs. Supporting the resolution of any outstanding work items and punch list tasks to facilitate a smooth transition into systems completions and handover.

Time served with 35 years electrical experience of turn around, project installation, TIC & commissioning, project engineering, management, estimating, planning, training & mentoring, asset management in the industrial, oil & gas, petro-chem sector and specialising in hazardous areas for customers such as Esso Exxonmobil, Caplerig/ENSCO, BP, AMEC FW, Simon Storage, Baker Hughes, DOW Chemicals, JDR Cables, Sabic, Bosch, SRM/Tradebe, Huntsman and Romec for various contractors. Currently developing my career by studying an HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at The University of Teesside and working in the O&G, Petrochem industry. I have worked through a good amount of petrochem turn around/project/maintenance roles with excellent insight gained across industry. With up to date knowledge of IEC/British Standards, good work ethic and attention to detail, I perform well under pressure and bring projects in on time and budget.
