About James Hasselbeck
James has been involved in the sales, development, engineering, finance, project management, construction and O&M of heavy construction and photovoltaic projects since 2006. With a focus on safety, quality and execution, he leads ReVision Energy’s operational teams in Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. James joined ReVision Energy in 2012 after years in the Municipal Water and Wastewater design-build construction industry, including many renewable energy projects. Since then, he has supported the growth and expansion of the many teams involved in engineering, building and maintaining PV, EV, Storage and Thermal systems. An early advocate of long term solar system performance & design, he joined the Board of the Amicus Operations & Maintenance Cooperative in 2018. The group was started via a DOE Sunshot grant to improve the quality, consistency and cost structure of large scale system maintenance via a national cooperative model.Passionate about the values of employee ownership and career opportunities in the trades, in 2019 he helped start and sits on the leadership committee of the ReVision Energy Electrical Apprenticeship Program. This State and Federally sanctioned program exists to support ReVision Energy co-owners in getting the classroom, on-line and onsite training required to earn their professional electrical licenses while working for a B-Corp full time.James lives with his four young, wild and amazing children and incredible wife in their 100% solar powered, carbon-neutral home in a small town of the woods of New Hampshire.
