About James Harrod
I have extensive experience within Supply Chain Management (including Supply Chain Planning and Optimization, Warehouse Management and Material Handling), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Accounting Software. I have strong leadership abilities allowing me to define, communicate, and motivate others toward successful achievement of company goals. In addition, I have also implemented and trained customer staff in Oracle based software products used in multiple shift resource distribution, logistics management, licensing, inventory management, warehousing operations, and systems performance analysis.ToolsGroup was founded on the idea that a supply chain\'s main purpose is to provide service to its customers. The most advanced supply chains are all \"service-driven”. ToolsGroup helps deliver benchmark-beating service levels while assisting clients to minimize waste, obsolescence and environmental damage, free up working capital and improve profit margins. In my off time, I enjoy any activity outside, I play sports with the kids and play the guitar to help unwind.
